Lighting

Arranging a room to increase light and avoid glare is ideal for visual comfort.  Natural sunlight works best for reading and full spectrum bulbs are the best artificial light source for reading.  Adjustable 150 watt lamps work great for reading.  To improve comfort and vision avoid fluorescent light bulbs which may cause glare and replace them with halogen or full spectrum light bulbs.
